Inspiring Visit to Marvell College

Last week, three of our senior leaders had the pleasure of visiting Marvell College in Hull. Following the headteacher's inspiring presentation at the ARC Conference in Birmingham earlier this academic year, the visit provided a valuable opportunity to see their approach in action.

The day focused on exploring strategies around inclusion, securing strong attendance, and supporting positive behaviour. Our leaders left Hull feeling inspired and motivated, with a clear enthusiasm to reflect on and develop these approaches further within their own schools
